Silence Means Consent: At the Sète Theater, an amateur troupe is performing Molière's "Scapin's Deceits" when young actress Amira is murdered. Candice is convinced the killer is a troupe member. She suspects the director, Simon Ferreur, was having an affair with the girl. But when the autopsy indicates otherwise, Candice must work out who Amira, with her double life, really was.
